Drive: Dehradun to Sankri (200 km, 8-9 hours)
We start our journey from Dehradun and drive through the beautiful valleys of Uttarakhand to reach Sankri, a small village that serves as the base for our trek. The drive offers stunning views of the mountains and valleys.
Overnight: Homestay in Sankri
We start our trek from Sankri and walk through beautiful forest trails to reach Juda Ka Talab. The trail passes through dense forests and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Overnight: Camp at Juda Ka Talab
Today we trek to the Kedarkantha base camp. The trail becomes steeper as we gain altitude. The base camp offers beautiful views of the surrounding peaks.
Overnight: Camp at Kedarkantha Base Camp
We start early in the morning for the summit attempt. The trail is steep and challenging, but the views from the top are absolutely breathtaking. We get 360-degree views of the surrounding peaks including Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and other Himalayan giants.
Overnight: Camp at Kedarkantha Base Camp
We start our descent back to Sankri and then drive back to Dehradun. The journey ends with beautiful memories of the snow-covered peaks and mountain views.
