Day-wise Itinerary

Drive: Dehradun to Chopta (200 km, 6-7 hours)

We start our journey from Dehradun and drive through the beautiful valleys of Uttarakhand to reach Chopta, a beautiful hill station known as the "Mini Switzerland of India."

Overnight: Hotel in Chopta

We start our trek from Chopta and walk to the Tungnath temple, which is the highest Shiva temple in the world. The trail is well-defined and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Overnight: Camp at Tungnath

Today we trek to the beautiful Deoriya Tal lake. The trail passes through beautiful forests and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The lake is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and offers a peaceful atmosphere.

Overnight: Camp at Deoriya Tal

We start our descent back to Chopta and then drive back to Dehradun. The journey ends with beautiful memories of the temple and lake.
